Well Work was created during my Masters degree* but like all journeys the origins go much further back.
I’ve worked in tech for over 25 years and I love the industry and the people. I’ve always been keenly interested in the human side of work and this site brings together all the aspects I’m interested in.

* In 2019 I complete a Masters of Technological Futures. My project looked at how to support people in tech to navigate their career journeys and grow their non-technological skills.
